It is 50 percentile of the top NEET MDS score for General Categoor and 40 percentile for OBC,SC,ST. In 2019, they looked as follows:

General Category: 286

OBC/SC/ST: 250

UR, EWS-PWD: 268

SC, ST, OBC-PWD: 250

After being revised, the cut offs are as follows:

General Category, EWS: 220

SC,ST,OBC:

Hey

89.75% is an average percentage for getting admission in Delhi University. You have also not mentioned your category so it's difficult to estimate colleges for you accurately.

As per previous cut off trends, assuming for unreserved category, there are chances of getting colleges after release of several cut offs.

The cutoffs for dual degree programs in NITs are quite higher as compared to b.tech programs because the B.tech is a 4 years undergraduate program whereas Dual degree is a 5 years program comprising of B.tech as well as M.tech.
