It was definitely hard compared to previous years except for 2019. As a result cutoffs might differ accordingly. 2019 kcet was the hardest in recent years. Yes, cutoffs might be similar to 2019 or even a bit less but not higher for sure. Hope this helps!

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA)- KCET has not released the cut off yet for Bsc Agriculture , BNYS and Veterinary yet. The results were declared on 20th august and the cut off will be released soon.

You didn't mention the state. To get the cutoff ranks for government colleges in any state, you should search the site of neet. There you can find all the cutoff ranks for government colleges. Ews category is introduced in 2019 neet exam, so there is very high cutoff
