For government medical colleges the cut offs are :-

General category- 366 marks

OBC category- 338 marks

SC category- 261 marks 

ST category- 340 marks

Till now NEET score is valid in only for courses like MBBS,BDS, BAMS,BHMS ,BNYS, BVSC etc. 

In order to get admission in paramedical courses , you need to pass intermediate. The admission is done in paramedical courses based on intermediate or class 12 score.

NIT takes the cutoff specified by NTA board. If you score below 1k then you have high chances to get a scecured position. Try to score as high as possible. Percentile won't matter. you have to get 99% or above. the rank range is like 1-500 or above. So
