NIT takes the cutoff specified by NTA board. If you score below 1k then you have high chances to get a scecured position. Try to score as high as possible. Percentile won't matter. you have to get 99% or above. the rank range is like 1-500 or above. So

Well, the cutoff of CSE in MBM Jodhpur closed at around 152 for general category and around 90 for SC/ST. So, you need to score at least 150+ if you are in general category or 90+ if you are from reserved category.
Also predictions percentile is difficult
General 107, sebc 72, sc/st 54 so these are the required cutoff what you have been asking for so its like you need to maintain that in order to go for it. So better go for it and just try to be that and maintain yhat for which you need
In the year 2018, UR category had cutoff around 402 marks equivalent to AIQ RANK of 75692 which went high as much as around 429 in 2019 due to increased number of candidates and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. For 3b (rural category), cutoff was around 321
