You have an average category rank. You can get many government colleges through REAP. 

Your chances are -

• MBM ( lower branches which are very less preffered)
• CTAE ( branches except Mining, agriculture, Computer etc.)
• And most of other government colleges like RTU Kota, Ajmer(except CS), Bikaner etc.

There is usually a good difference between state merit list and the neet provisional merit list. The difference keeps increasing with decreasing score. You can check the merit list of the previous your domicile state and check what state rank a person having similar AIR to you had.

In the year 2018, the cutoff in Telangana state for BC-A category were as follows- 

Government medical colleges - 414 marks

Private medical college - 393 marks

Cutoffs keep fluctutating every year. So the trends of previous years, the cutoff for 2019 can be expected to be 425-440
