The closing ranks are always provided in terms of category. That is specifically mentioned ranks as per GENERAL, OBC-NCL, SC and ST. The CRL that is provided is the All India Rank and not the category rank in JEE Mains. Hope that helps.

If you visit the mcc site then theres a scrolling on top stating that the provisinal allotment results have been withdrawn.

Fresh results will be soon published and admission will be on that basis. So maybe thats the reason the college told you so.

 For the state of west bengal under the state quote benefit for the unreserved category the cutoff will be 480+ as per the last yer cutoff trend.

Not necessarily, there is no restriction to apply if your score is good enough in DUJAT htne you will be alloted a college in the next allotment list and so on but you have to choose one college in the end and if you want to go for BMS

To get admission in IBS Hyderabad you need atleast 150 and above score in nmat.

For IBS Banglore you need 120-150 score.

For IBS mumbai you need same,around 150 that's it.

Hyderabad is  best between these three in terms of placement and infrastructure.
