The expected cutoff according to previous cutoffs and trends, since this year cutoff has not been declared, is that you need to be in 50th percentile and have atleast 120+ marks in NEET for the unreserved category.

It will be difficult. See, i know last year cutoff's was around 490 but this year there will be a huge increment, with huge i don't mean that it will be +100 but it will surely rise with 20-25 marks or may be 15 marks.
