               Hope you are doing well.Based on your 10+2 percentage and jee mains percentage you can get admission into Govt.colleges.But getting free seat is not possible.Rather you can apply for Government Scholarships.

Also, you can go for Biotechnology branch in UIET (PU).

The possibility of qualifying jee advanced with 92 marks in ews category is slightly less .but u can't loose hope since cutoff changes every year according to difficulty level. But you can't get cse or ece with this marks in IIT in ews category for sure.
