90% of seats fills by this entrance test. and 10% of seats fills by jee main score.

Dear Gautam, in 2018 under State Quota, 541 marks secured a seat in Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences under BC Category. That was the highest cut off. Considering previous cut offs and your expectant score, you should get a seat in this college including all the Government Medical Colleges

Total number of candidates appearing in the exam
Number of vacancies
Exam difficulty level

So
Nda 1 has no relation with the nda 2 2018 cutoff ie. There is no effect on nda 1 cutoff w.r.t nda 2

If i have not qualified the jee mains cutoff for advanced but i have got positive score ...am i then eligible for jossa counselling ...

Hello,

With the marks in JEE Mains you can seek admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs through JoSAA counselling. If you qualify the JEE Advanced then only can you apply for IITs. To consider for JoSAA counselling you should register for it which commences by second week of June 2019.
