You had scored very less in jee exam, you have negligible chances to get any government colleges nevertheless you belongs to reserved category.

Sorry but NEET is for medical courses only. You can't get admission through neet score but this entrance helps you. NEET marks won't get you an agriculture college. There are separate exams held in order to get a seat to pursue B. Sc. in agriculture. You can give

164 is a decent score, Since you're OBC candidate there are chances of getting admit from PSG college or Anna University and Sometimes Percentage also matters while applying for universities, yeah 72.4 is a decent score as well.
