Well, borther regarding the JoSAA cousling eleigibility criteria clearly mandates you to have atleat 75% in your respective board or to be under 20%ile in that board or you can have both the criteria.
So, I would say if you have above 75% in X11 boards then you can get

Some criteria for eligibility are done 12th with science having 60% marks from recognised board.
You must be of 17 years for getting admission
And at last according to cbse guidelines the cut off and score card will play a vital

Now it is difficult to say about the roundwise counselling in each state as each state has their own forum to decide the cutoff. But from here you can check the ultimate cutoff for each medical college ( govt or private) of Bihar.

Hello Yashwanth AB Reddy, the Karnattaka's CET is valid to take admission in BNYS and BAMS colleges in Karnattaka. BAMS college of Karnattaka has taking the admission on the basis of the Karnattaka's CET and same with BNYS college of Karnattaka. Best of luck for the future
