Yes, you can use phones in the campus provided you are not misusing. That is, you are not allowed to use it while the classes are going on. In case of any misbehaviour, the phones will be confiscated.

Unfortunately if you are general category student then you  have to get a rank under 5 lakah to get into shiv nadar and within 1.5 lakh to get into jaypee noida sector 62 (till last round of counselling)

Eligibility Criteria for JEE Mains Paper 2 & Paper 1 is same. Candidate must have passed the 12th Board exam in desired 5 subjects including Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as compulsory subjects, with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
