In 2017 it was 90 and in 2018 it was 94 for scans this year also it will be around 98-99.

The expected cutoff of neet 2019 varies from category to category which implies that for unreserved category minimum percentile required is 50th percentile which means minimum of 119 marks are required to clear the exam ,for PwD it is 45th percentile which comes out to be 107 marks

Your rank will be calculated based on 75% from eamcet marks and 25% from your IPE marks , so we can't predict your rank based on only 51 marks of TSEAMCET , please mention your IPE marks as well ,

Obiviously, you should wait for other round too. There are more chances that your branch will be upgraded and get better one. Do not go for any branch in which you have no interest. It will become burden in later stage and you have to struggle.
