If yes then you can get admission in DTU(Delhi Technological University) in electrical,mechanical branch,it is one of the best college in Delhi.
You can also take admission in NSUT which is also in Delhi ,many good companies visit both of these colleges.

Its quite difficult to predict cut off for neet as it depends on number of factors like number of students that appeared in exam and kind of marks scored by students.
But analysis of past years cut off tells me that cut off of neet is always around

For each category, the qualifying percentile is different. The cut off score corresponding to the percentile will be issued with the declaration of result by June 5, 2019.

  • General - 50th percentile
  • SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
  • UR PWD - 45th percentile

On this basis you will be considered as

The cut offs for BCECE are separated according to Gen/SC/ST/OBC categories. The 2019 cut offs are as follows:

General Category:
Qualifying Percentage: 50%, Cut Off: 600 marks.

Reserved Category (OBC, SC and ST):
Qualifying Percentage: 40%, Cut Off: 480 marks.

For Engineering, the cut offs are:

The cutoff for NEET 2019 has been released and it is given below:

UR - 50th Percentile 701-134 marks

SC/ST /OBC- 40th Percentile  133-107 marks

Now, regarding getting admission to a government medical college, cutoffs vary from college to college and also depend on factors like Caste, etc.

See ur marks are not enough for u to bag a seat in the govt college under all India quota to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. U should be going for some state quota for ur MBBS career.
