A score of above 540 is good enough for getting a seat in Rangaraya, but there are other colleges as well in Andhra Pradesh. There are really good private colleges as well, so keep many options open and dont zero in only on one college.

If you are of general category then you are not eligibile to get an admission in the college's that accepts JEE result as for genral category qualification for 12th is atleast 75% and if you are of SC/ST then only you are eligible.
