No its not only the board percentage,you should also write JEE mains and get qualified in it or score more than the cutoff provided by IIIT LKO so only by boards you cannot get admission you should also attend JEE main.

For IIITs you have to clear jee mains cut off and for general category jee mains cut off was 89 percentile. IIITs are alloted through Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling for which you need to qualify jee advance exam. It is difficult to get IIITs with 85 percentile.
