Yes you'll be eligible for AIIMS if your aggregate in PCB is more than 60%. Also I don't see any reason for you not being eligible for NEET, you're eligible for NEET as well. As long as you meet the requirements for these entrances, you're eligible to write these exams.
Despite the aggregate marks scored by you is 62%, Vellore Institute of Technology demands a candidate to score 60% marks in each of the subjects i.e physics, chemistry and mathematics.
Since you aggregate score of physics, chemistry and mathematics is much below their requirement, you might not stand a chance
Hi,As you have not mentioned you percentage I cannot be specific.So,for admission to B.E biotechnology,students with physics,biology,chemistry or PCM will be accepted with a minimum aggregate of 60% in the three and minimum of 50% in each one of the subjects.In case any student has less than 50%in any subject

You may not get admission in NIT because your 12th precentage is less than the required one. For SC candidates you have to score more than 65% in your 12th boards. but you can apply to private colleges.
