i got 35 marks in ts eamcet and ipe 8.77 its eligible to qualify in that

Hello Anjireddy , Inorder to qualify the TS EAMCET 2019,the minimum percentage of marks required for candidates of general and OBC category is 25% of the maximum marks (160) .The candidate belonging to OBC or General category to get minimum 40 marks to qualify and get a rank.
However, there is no minimum qualifying marks for candidates belonging to SC / ST. But their admission will be based on the seats left in their category.
So if you belong to general category,then it means that you are not qualified and you won't get any rank but if you belong SC/ST,then you considered to be qualified.
