You haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

Yes you are eligible but depend upon other students and their choice fillings.but according to previous years trends
With this percentile score it will be difficult to get nit raipur because cut off goes around 1.5 lakh for non core branch and it is nearly 40-50 thousand
