Yes you are eligible but depend upon other students and their choice fillings.but according to previous years trends
With this percentile score it will be difficult to get nit raipur because cut off goes around 1.5 lakh for non core branch and it is nearly 40-50 thousand for core branch.
I think you should take drop and prepare well otherwise take admission in some good private college.
