Hi dear,

Any student who completed their BTech from any certified university can appear in MTech entrance exam.So if are eligible for any exam for MTech you can appear they have no issue with your college if it is certified.

No , dear with having the diploma degree you can't be able to join the VIT for the respective degree , since you're backlog is not the case but the thing is that vit will not intake the student's via diploma. So you have to search those Colleges
