Yes all graduates are eligible with minimum 50% aggregate marks for MBA in NIT.

Generally cutoff vaeies from all colleges.

However for NIT Warangal and NIT Trichy, cutoff is 90 percentile in CaT.

MaT is not accepted at NIT.

Studnets can either give GMAT or CAT.

The eligibility criteria for NEET is that you should have  10+2 education from a recognized board with 50% aggregate marks in PCB for general category while for SC /St/obc candidate it is 40% aggregate marks in PCB and for general PH it is 45% aggregate marks in PCB.
