If you have qualified and if you have scored and obtained good rank then you are eligible to apply for all the courses available in UG level in nit and iit

As you know the number of applicants in these exams are too high. Seats are filled too fast. So I would recommend you to dont settle for one college for now, as no college has started their counselling yet.

There is no entrance test for the courses like BA, B.Com,B.Sc etc as the admissions are based on the basis of 12th merit. Also, the cut off varies year, college, program and category wise so to get a rough idea about the same you can go through the below link
According to your marks, you have less chances for admission to Government Medical colleges under AIQ and also under state quota.
For Private medical colleges also, you have less chances for admission to MBBS/BDS courses. However, cutoff vary every year for private colleges so you can try for admission.
