Sorry dear,just fulfilling the eligibility criteria cannot lead you to an MBBS seat.

Else,If you can afford you can go for management quota.

Dear Rajender, 250 is too less for a seat even under IP ESIC Quota. IP quota of ESIC Medical Colleges are filled under All India Counselling on the basis of choice and merit. Because the seats are few, the cut offs usually go higher. And you havent mentioned your Category.
