Hi, YES YOU ARE ELIGIBLE. A year gap won't hurt you at all. You will be appearing for NEET 2019 and at that time you must have passed your 12th standard. That's all.

All India Quota seats (15%) are only in Government colleges. The private colleges have state quota seats, Management quota seats & NRI Seats. The other state students can apply for the private colleges Management quota seats also along with Deemed Universities and 15% quota seats in all over India Government
