With this rank there are fewer chances of getting admission into any government college as for that you should aim for a score greater than 490-500 but don't be dishearten you could easily get admission into some good deemed medical universities. Although cutoffs aren't out but till then you can

According your score the chances are less to get a seat under 15% quota seats & state quota seats but you might have the chance for the state quota seats in the private colleges.

According to your marks, chances are less for admission to decent colleges. But, you can try. However, I would suggest you to prepare well and reapper in the exam next year and pursue your studies from any good college.

Your chances of getting a govt college is low. It depends on the state and its cutoff. You can try in spot counselling.  But you will surely get private medical college.
