With this rank there are fewer chances of getting admission into any government college as for that you should aim for a score greater than 490-500 but don't be dishearten you could easily get admission into some good deemed medical universities. Although cutoffs aren't out but till then you can predict what colleges you might get with this rank with the help of NEET college predictor and can also check previous years cutoffs of different colleges.

Hi Bibhu! Based upon your rank in NEET 2018, and the previous year cut off, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India quota and state quota.
