quota....there are only reserved seats for OBC,SC,ST and physical 
handicapped candidates. In my opinion you should search of there are 
some medical colleges for the same you asked.

As per official datas the 10+2 eligibility for bhms is 50% but you scored 87 so its more than good for you .you dont need to worry about that as marks are nowadays just the gateway of education your hardwork and what you learn from even a small college

Sorry but with these marks you won't be able to secure a seat in govt bds colleges. The cutoff for AP is high and you need to score more to get a govt college.
