There is no Age Restriction regarding this course.
Minimum eligibility-Graduate in any course with minimum 50%- General Category
                            Graduate in any course with minimum 45%-SC/ST/OBC
                          Or  You should have a professional degree in Medicine/Engineering/Accountancy/Cost and Works Accountancy/Law/Company Secretaryship. You should also have 50% marks for the degree.

It is not possible.
According to last year’s analysis cut off for Delhi domicile candidates was around 586 marks for General Category students.

Try in some private colleges or try your luck next year.

In all NIIT's, 50% of the sears are researved for the domicile student of the state, the total number of seats offered through JEE Main paper 2 is 946. According to previous year cut-off there are likely no changes that you can get admission in any of the B.arch colleges
