If you are a candidate belonging to SC Category, you should complete 10+2 and pass each subject individually. And you should score an aggregate of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology alone. You havent mentioned of 48% is the aggregate  as a whole in your 12th or only in Physics,

Hi, if you have the domicile certificate stating you are a resident of Bihar, then you are eligible for NEET counselling in Bihar.

Here are the eligibility criteria for domicile of Bihar-

  1. Candidate whose parents  are a permanent resident of India.
  2. Candidates whose parents are refugees in the Bihar state.
