Yes, definitely you can get admission in china for the MBBS programme. The eligibility criteria for international students in China are:

• The student must have a minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology  in Class 12
• Minimum Age should be 17
• must have passport 
• all certificates

In GATE you don't have age criterion,so yes you can,and you have to submit your passing certificate since you're already graduated.

And since you have done masters in relevant subjects of science so you're surely eligible.
