If your syllabus for PCM additional was the same as the students who actually study PCM as their main subject, then yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains. But make sure that you have that mentioned in your marks card. The eligibility criteria for JEE Mains is that you should have a 55% aggregate in your 12th year with PCM as your subject. For JEE Advance, you need to have 75% and above percentage in 12th.  If you fulfill this criteria, then you can sit for the exam.

Llb is a professional degree you cannot pursue this course through distance learning in india, the Bar Council of India (BCI), which regulates legal education and practice in India, does not recognize LL.B. degrees obtained through distance learning mode. So it is meaningless for you to get the degree

Although there are some private universities like VBU in jharkhand,offers distance degree programmes but they are not recognised by bar council of India.dont go for such university if you don't have time some state university give relaxation of attendance go for them to pursue law.
