The best PSU for an instrumentation engineer in overall aspect is IOCL.
In terms of salary first is ONGC then NTPC then IOCL, GAIL , BPCL lie at same range and then comes HPCL
There are many PSUs which you can join after qualifying gate in cse.

I guess you have to appear for CLAT PG 2019 once again. The validity of the score is for a year, if you want to appear elsewhere, you would be required to do it again.
