the age criteria varies from psu to psu . like for IPRCL the age limit is 32years but for AAI it i only 27 . so kindly check the criteria. you you are eligible and yet not selected it would mostly be becoz of the marks scored
For PSU's you need to have a decent rank(in the top 500) if you are a general category candidate.

Hello.. it would be better option if you go for psu but dont leave the option of mtech.. so it would be a better option to persue mtech ag gate.

PSUs (Public Sector Undertakings) are Government firms usually owned by Union Government of India or State Government . In short these Government companies behave like private firms and share their profit with the Government. These were set up to accelerate the economy rate and generate employment opportunities in India
Please go to Gate website and check the requisites of various PSUs recruiting via Gate.There you should find the maximum ages that PSUs will accept.
if you are in 2nd year of B.E than you are not eligible for the psu. But after 4th year you are eligilble

PSUs demand at least 6.5 CGPA and IITs or IISC demand minimum 60% marks as per my knowledge. so you should try for other job and colleges.

Yes definitly a person after compleating his M.Tech. can easily give the GATE exam again for PSU Jobs. There is an age restriction on candidates appearing for PSU exams, some relaxation is given to the reserved students.
