You will have to check with the particular PSUs if you directly want to go for the same.
You need to clear Gate if you want to get recruited in PSUs through Gate only.
Most of the PSUs ask for GATE score, but if you want to get recruited on the basis of your M.tech then I would suggest you to visit the respective PSUs individually.
