They have not mentioned anything for that specifically but I would suggest you to check with the particular PSUs whether you can apply or not.
If you wish to get recruited in PSUs this year then you will have to appear in GATE again. Because they dont consider the previous year score/rank. Good Luck!!!
No, you cannot do the same. You will have to re-appear this year in GATE if you wish to be eligible for PSUs recruitment.
