There is nothing such thing like best and worse to get into PSU because PSU requires skillful personnel. Among mechanical or civil, both have almost same number of recruitment.

But in little bit difference, Civil has little more recruitment.

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that at this score in gate whether you are in reservation or not you can't get any psu at this score because this is relatively low in the gate , you can go for the higher studies
