PSUs recruit through GATE exam only. But this doesn't mean they must recruit. They take applicants only when seats are vacant. Vacancy notifications can be found in newspapers or internet. Look carefully for them. If it is not there, it means no vacancy was there

Yes, you need to prepare the current affairs because they may ask you as a general term and they also see how well aware you toward your subject. My suggestion is you may give at least some time for a current affair.

It totaly differs from PSU to PSUs,often there are quota for PWD and they now take the best Score for pWD quota.I would suggest you just check their respective websites just to check that they have or not if they have and if your score is they will
