Though the cutoff changes every year depending on many factors but you have a really good score and your chances are quite high to get top IITs and PSUs. The prrvipre years cutoff for general category for some of the top colleges and PSUs where you might get

With this marks it will be little tough to get into PSU's like NTPC, PICL or NCL as last time the cutoff was around 70-72 for OBC's candidate.
But other than these you can into various PSU's like BEML, RECL, HSCC, Hindustan Copper Limited, BMRC, JMRC.
