Though the cutoff changes every year depending on many factors but you have a really good score and your chances are quite high to get top IITs and PSUs. The prrvipre years cutoff for general category for some of the top colleges and PSUs where you might get are listed below:

• IIT Madras- 692-745 (varies depending on the field you choose)
• IIT Bombay- 510
• DMRC- 57.33 (JE Electronics)

• NLC- 68.68 (2017)

You have even chances for getting good colleges for doing MTech courses. You can get good NITs and IITs for it. Like kanpur, roorkee, calicut, surathkal etc.. But according to me you may have some chances for PSU apply for it and look it. You may or may not get it. It will be on cutoff by that psu.
