yeah!

according to previous year's cut-off and this year's expected cut-off you're having chances at many psu's like NTPC but the cut-off score will vary with different year.and also it depends upon your category and different psu's.to know  previous year cut-off of different psu's,

As you are a general category candidate so it is near to impossible for you to get a PSU with this score . As all the PSUs put thier cutoff somewhere b/w 60-70 marks. Here, I do want to disappoint you but the scenario is same as

It depends on the number of students writing the exam and difficulty of the question paper. For 30–40 marks out of 100, rank you get will be between 12000 and 8000.

I don't think U will get PSU this time bcz this year cutoffs for PSU may be bit more than previous years as paper was easy. I'm also OBC  candidate and I got 68 marks still I'm doubting to get a call from PSU. So please don't believe

There are less chances of getting  psu unless you have any reservations  , but you can get a good IIT seat with your rank with a good mtech in a good branch so you better try for it,  so you will have a good future
