If you consider your practical rank for KCET then yes you can get the college in yhe 2nd round of counselling as the cut off drops down to 1500-2000 in the second round of counselling.I would suggest you just to contact college just once for further information related

I'm sorry but with this rank, you can't get into an IIT or NIT or even DTU. You might get into a DTU if you are from Delhi and you have special category quota. As you haven't mentioned any category I am stating everything for general category. You

Congratulations as being under top 5000 in JEE ADVANCED definitely is not an easy task. You surely can get some decent IIT,though not the top IITs. Just think of what branch you want to pursue. The link should really help.
