As you haven't mentioned your category, if you belong to general category it's almost impossible to get admission in NLU or other government college. You can get admission in private college of India accepting clat score.

In the second merit list, the closing cutoff rank for an SC category candidate is 4347. Both your category rank and your AIR is considered for admission in NLUs. Even with a West Bengal Domicile, there seem to be very slim chances that you will admission in NUJS
