Sorry Naveen ,But your rank will not be able to fetch you a seat in any of the IITs as per previous year trends.The closing OBC category ranks are generally last upto 6000.So don't expect much from JEE ADVANCED rank.You should focus more on the colleges accepting JEE MAIN ranks.

And prep.course are the course where you'll be prepared by iits for iits. But the seats for prep.courses

Every year the cut-off marks are different for different colleges and they depend on various aspects like the number of students sitting in the exams, type of paper, cutoff marks for passing in NEET etc. But you can predict those marks from last year's cut-offs.
