Sorry you can't be able to get admission in any IIT with this rank in general category. The last year closing rank for general category is almost 10000 rank to 11100 rank.

So, unfortunately you can't be able to get admission in any IIT.

With 6318 rank in tsicet 2019 following are few colleges you can apply for:-

1.Pendekanti institute of management 

2.A V college of art science and commerce 

3.Telangana university college

4.Sri nidhi institute of science and technology 

5.Matrusri institute of pg studies;etc.

First of all congratulations for securing a very good rank in JEE ADVANCED 19. You may definitely get a seat in IIT in your desired branch. But it's better if you apply for colleges in your own home state so that both home state quota and women quota

Well,75.04 percentile may not be enough for getting admission into any of the NITs across India in your desired branch. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling by opting some uncommon branches like mining, metallurgy n engineering, bio technology, fashion designing, etc.
