We do understand your dilemma. I would suggest you to keep trying the counseling option until it's last round. Your rank does seem a little too high. If you want mbbs so importantly, you can wait and score better in next year. But it would not be advisable

Dear aspirant your rank is not good enough to get a seat in ujjain University or mit's gwalior even in the upgradation round. You need to give other entrance examinations for the private or government colleges. You may get a chance there. Otherwise you need to go through management quota
