JEE Advanced 2019 results will be announced on 14 june 2019 on their official website https://jeeadv.ac.in/ nearly around 10 am.
Then application for AAT(Architecture Aptitude Test) will release from June 14 to June 15 and exam will be held on June 17. Its result will be declared on june 21

Government colleges do not have NRI Quota. You can take admission through NEET counseling. Colleges like AIIMS and JIPMER has NRI Quota which is very costly. Other private colleges have their own NRI Scheme.

You rank in the reserved category is good enough to get a seat in nit. But you will not get nit trichy or nit warangal. You will also not get cse in any college. But you can get ece, ee or mechanical in nit Patna, sikkim, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland
