Keeping your rank in consideration it's not possible to get selected in NIFT as there are only around 2500 seats in general category. 

But, you can try in other colleges.

There is a slight possibility. If you can go there and contact the administration and tell them about your situation then depending upon your case, they might consider you for the admission process. If the administration denies, then there's no way to get yourself in the race.
