The OBC-NCL certificate will mention your financial status and will only be assigned when you provide the financial declaration. Also, the financial status of your parents is considered. Even if you earn more than 6LPA you can still be considered as an NCL when your father income is less than 6 LPA.
If you are a CL (creamy layer) OBC, you are not allowed to take part in reservations assigned for OBC people and most often considered as a general category.

Ya there is campus selection.
There is no such thing as an entrance exam for MIT. There is a unified counseling through Anna University. For getting course branch in MIT, you need to have cut off above 185
if you did not get the admission du for bba you can go for some private university as it the stupidity of droping for one year go for some private instututue. all the best have a great future ahead.
