As both the universities are great in terms of their education, faculty and placements, both are similar but i think ANNA university is better than SASTRA in terms of core companies that come for recruitment at Sastra university.

Once you made saved the registration details in https://www.tneaonline.org/user/register login page you cannot change any details in that page. And incorrect details of a candidate might lead to cancellation of candidature. You may have to register once again with new email ID and phone number.

In anna university counselling application, in place of HSC Equivalent registration number, you are supposed to fill your HSC/12th Board roll number/ registration number. I'm not clear with your question. Always the seats are reserved in the government counceling based on their community. Through the management quota the colleges has their own seats which are reserved for community. It is based on your college. Each college will be having their own community.
